About the Role

The Quality Manager drives operational excellence by capturing, validating, and analyzing performance data to ensure real-time visibility and alignment. This role bridges the gap between strategic leadership objectives and daily execution by transforming how KPIs are tracked and utilized, serving as an operational anchor for performance monitoring and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively track and validate daily operational KPIs to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership and supervisors.
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in real-time to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor on-time performance for line haul departures and flag delays.
  • Analyze flight departure delay codes to identify and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Validate container scan compliance from origin to destination.
  • Track aircraft performance issues related to labor and procedural deficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with LDM timing and container planning accuracy.
  • Analyze rolled freight to isolate root causes of issues.
  • Act as a backup to the Data & Reporting Lead to preserve institutional knowledge.
  • Serve as a centralized resource for operational teams to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Maintain health, safety, and security standards in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods.
  • Must be able to use close vision.
  • Must have manual dexterity for typing.

  • $75,000 - $80,000
