About the Role
Bourbon and Branch is an authentic speakeasy located in downtown San Francisco. We are looking for persons who have experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightclub location and those who are interested in providing an elevated hospitality experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet, seat and respond to all guest inquiries with a superior level of customer service
- Resolve customer issues by working with servers and management, when needed
- Answer all phone calls, emails and event inquiries
- Assist in end of day close out as necessary
- Open and closing duties may be required
Requirements
- Experience in beverage or hospitality industry highly desired
- Demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of customers effectively
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification
- 21+ years of age or older
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
