About the Role
HERE is recruiting for an experienced, high octane, tenacious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our steadily growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts across enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, personable, and creative, with an innate ability to think outside the box. The ability to leverage AI tooling to drive productivity and results is a must. Comfort with daily cold call outreach is crucial. Experience with Financial Services or Technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Master knowledge of HERE’s technology value proposition, client base, and target ICP within the first 90 days.
- Gain understanding of sales resources including Amplemarket, Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator & Google AI tools.
- Build a value proposition cheat sheet for each ideal ICP.
- Review HERE product material and successful outreach methods to build product knowledge.
- Begin booking inbound & outbound meetings for Sales Directors in New York, London & Hong Kong.
- Work your own pipeline and book meetings with senior decision-making personas within key target accounts.
- Perfect sales acumen and etiquette.
- Build understanding of your target market & target ICP.
- Establish and build relationships with prospects.
- Effectively communicate various HERE value propositions to appropriate personas.
- Consistently hit monthly targets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of HERE’s product & positioning.
- Become a meaningful contributor to the sales team, culture, and wider business.
- Master outreach cadence.
- Efficiently manage your own successful pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sales development experience within financial services or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of successful lead conversion.
- Competitive, results-driven individual contributor who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
- Experience working in an SDR role for a SaaS, AI or Technology company with Enterprise products.
- History working with leads across industries, with a strong preference for Financial Services experience.
- Resilient personality with the ability to be self-driven and adaptable to market changes while remaining goal-oriented.
- Experience driving lead generation through frequent, direct cold-calling efforts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to confidently collaborate with senior and executive level individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills with a diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail.
- Macro mindset and adaptability to change.
