About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Coaches for Summer Camps, After School Programs, and Saturday Tennis Clinics. Coaches will lead engaging tennis and pickleball sessions for elementary school students (Grades K–5) in a fun, active, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach Tennis/Pickleball classes for students ages 5–10 using provided lesson plans.
- Manage class size (8–16 students) and maintain a positive environment.
- Attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting.
- Take attendance, manage student sign-ins, and interact with parents/school staff.
- Capture class photos for documentation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Teaching or playing experience in Tennis is preferred but not mandatory.
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus.
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Good communication and class management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA.
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work.
- Must complete sending photo and short biography to upload in our website and introduce your experience in sports.
- Candidates must currently live locally and be available for in-person work.
- Applicants must already be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided).
