About the Role
The Senior Associate, Streaming & Community Fundraising role is a new position within Doctors Without Borders' Integrated Channel Marketing team, focused on accelerating livestream, gaming, and creator-led community fundraising. This role will build on existing momentum, scale successful initiatives, and contribute to the program's next phase of growth by managing the execution of streaming fundraising initiatives and engaging with creator communities.
Responsibilities
- Manages the development and execution of streaming and gaming fundraising events, including ideation, planning, business case development, and post-event analysis.
- Fosters relationships with content creators and fundraisers to align their interests with organizational goals.
- Identifies potential improvements to streaming and community fundraising practices and proposes solutions.
- Develops and delivers project work that contributes to the organization's change management program.
- Manages the streaming, gaming, and community fundraising channel within the broader marketing strategy.
- Develops and executes campaigns and program initiatives that meet strategic fundraising goals.
- Develops and implements donor and creator engagement plans that meet potential supporters with the right messages in the right channel at the right time.
- Builds relationships with creators, communities, and fundraising prospects to drive participation, retention, and pipeline.
- Supports the management of partnering relationships with internal clients.
- Builds effective working relationships and provides professional services to support the delivery of organizational strategy and plans.
- Provides functional support to the Community Fundraising Intern and volunteers.
- May oversee consultants as needed to deliver streaming and gaming campaigns.
Requirements
- Brings professional knowledge of fundraising systems, integrations, and service management to the role.
- Responsible for moderately diverse activities across event development, channel execution, creator relationships, and cross-functional initiatives.

- $78,399 - $117,599
