About the Role
As a Senior IT Architect at BCG Platinion, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop leading IT concepts and architectural solutions. You will apply technical expertise and business context to enable organizational transformation, primarily serving the US Public Sector with potential for commercial and private sector engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design solution, application, and data architecture.
- Develop feasibility studies, technical concepts, and execute technical proofs of concept.
- Perform technology assessments and implement IT architectures.
- Analyze complex IT application landscapes for optimization.
- Review technical architecture and code.
- Support IT functions during mergers and acquisitions.
- Restructure IT processes and organizations.
- Optimize application development processes.
- Design work packages for IT implementation projects.
- Evaluate products, software packages, and solutions.
- Assess quality assurance for IT implementation.
- Translate complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver impactful presentations and build consensus with clients.
- Mentor teams and share knowledge to drive collective success.
- Drive innovation and assist with business development through proposals and project scoping.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls & engineering.
- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- 1+ year of experience in an architecture discipline.
- US Citizenship.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (e.g., DoD Secret/Top Secret).
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

- $150,000 base salary
- Eligible for annual discretionary performance bonus
