About the Role

The Interior Designer will conceptualize, design, and execute interior design projects from concept to completion, coordinating with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and space planning
• Prepare 2D drawings and coordinate 3D visuals
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures
• Prepare BOQs and assist in cost estimation
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams during execution
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is implemented accurately
• Resolve design-related issues during execution
• Assist in final handover and snag-list closure

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in interior contracting projects

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• 3Ds Max
• Photoshop
• MS Office
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution methods
• Strong communication and presentation skills
