About the Role
Lead and manage daily operations of the ware-wash service team, ensuring efficient scheduling and high-quality service. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex equipment and system issues. Oversee installation, setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance of ware-wash systems. Evaluate customer operations and recommend appropriate dish machines, equipment, and chemical solutions. Identify upsell and upgrade opportunities for equipment, parts, and service programs. Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to drive efficiency and uptime. Train, coach, and mentor technicians to enhance technical skills and productivity. Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer consultations and installations.

Requirements
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with dish machines or ware-wash systems (installation, maintenance, and repair)
- Strong troubleshooting expertise with mechanical and water-based systems
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service or technical environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend equipment and chemical solutions
- Extensive experience with equipment sizing, system setup, and chemical dosing preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with service metrics, reporting, or service management systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service region
