About the Role

Ethos Farm is seeking a proactive and engaging manager to lead a team at Battersea Power Station, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational performance. The role focuses on visible, energetic management to foster team engagement and uphold high standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive line management and first-line response to operational situations.
• Be visible to the team and residents as an on-shift Residential Concierge.
• Manage team deployment and rotation to ensure wellbeing and meet operational needs.
• Work as part of the operational team, delivering service and conducting job tasks, covering team members as needed.
• Provide support and care to team members, ensuring they feel valued.
• Provide feedback and recognition to team members regarding their performance.
• Offer coaching and direction to improve team member performance.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins, one-to-ones, and personal development conversations.
• Complete line management and administration activities, including Return to Work interviews and investigations.
• Ensure team members are up-to-date and confident in delivering processes and operating procedures.
• Conduct audits and close-out actions to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
• Communicate expectations, operational changes, and decisions to team members.
• Collaborate with the client and other service partners to resolve challenges and implement improvements.
• Be solutions-focused and accountable for resolving team and operational challenges.

Requirements

• Confidence using IT equipment and systems, such as laptops, tablets, phones, diaries, and email.
