About the Role
Morgan Lewis is seeking a Data Specialist, Data Management & Analytics to manage day-to-day data activities for firm systems, apply data governance standards to unstructured data, and support data collection and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, coordinates, and loads collected matter experience data.
- Supports the development of guidance on data field configuration.
- Manages technical support issues for managed systems and maintains logs.
- Works with the team to catalog key data elements, their definitions, and relevant factors.
- Facilitates regular data audits across firm systems to identify data quality issues.
- Participates in data hygiene projects to improve data accuracy and consistency.
- Assists the team with documentation and the development of project-specific and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, ideally in computer science or information systems management.
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience.
- Experience with the Foundation Experience Management Database or Qlik/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
