About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a BCBA Center Based to provide culturally responsive services in the St. James center, supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities who exhibit various behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies including modeling, role-play, prompting, reinforcement, and natural environment teaching.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) assisting with social groups.
- Provide ongoing feedback and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality intervention implementation.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers regarding participant progress.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned for each case.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a center setting.
- Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Available to work four weekdays from 2–7pm and Saturdays from 8:45am–3:30pm.
