About the Role

We are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to drive integrated demand generation and ABM campaigns across global markets, with a primary focus on AMER and support for EMEA. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute multi-channel programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen our global market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to market segments and target personas.
  • Utilize AI tools to accelerate campaign development, content creation, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
  • Align campaigns with in-person events and present performance recaps to stakeholders.
  • Partner with content, partner, and product marketing teams for campaign deliverables.
  • Collaborate with sales and CS teams to ensure alignment on outreach and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys across digital channels including email, social, and web.
  • Map content story arcs to target personas and buying stages.
  • Ensure accurate lead capture in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Forecast, track, and report on campaign results against goals.
  • Design and execute full-funnel ABM campaigns using intent data.
  • Develop account-specific marketing plans in collaboration with sales.
  • Tailor messaging and programs for EMEA regional market nuances.
  • Manage logistics and execution for EMEA events including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Support AMER event execution.
  • Manage campaign and event budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, or field marketing.
  • Proven track record executing integrated ABM campaigns and multi-channel demand programs.
  • Experience managing event logistics across multiple regions.
  • Proficiency using AI tools for campaign production and performance analysis.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to align marketing plans with revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with global markets and adapting campaigns for US and EMEA audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in forecasting and reporting.
