About the Role
As a SAP Development Lead (m/w/d), you will have access to the latest technologies. Diverse projects offer opportunities for professional development and active portfolio shaping. You will guide international clients in planning and implementing complex SAP transformations, from conception to operation, within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized solutions for clients during SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Plan, conceptualize, implement, and roll out complex SAP S/4HANA transformations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines in onsite and offshore teams.
- Lead a team at the interface between business and IT, ensuring continuous professional development for all project participants.
- Acquire projects and independently create complex proposals for S/4HANA technological transformation.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Several years of SAP development experience (e.g., ABAP, SAPUI5).
- Excellent knowledge of the latest SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Business Technology Platform, Cloud Application Programming).
- Familiarity with concepts like ABAP RAP or Clean Core in S/4HANA Brownfield and Greenfield projects.
- Enjoy tackling complex client requests.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience leading and organizing diverse, international technical project teams, including collaboration with offshore teams.
- Very good business understanding, solution-oriented approach, high commitment, and structured thinking.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- German language skills are an advantage.
