About the Role
Join Sephora as a Floor Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor) on a Part-Time basis in our Warringah Mall store. This role supports the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Be a role model to the team by showcasing the Sephora experience to customers.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise team performance through coaching.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions.
- Facilitate open communication by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Serve as the point of contact when Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters.
- Make confident store decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Work across all categories including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Engage in store functions of sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
Requirements
- Open to working a rotating roster to support store needs.
- Previous retail management experience in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- Hands-on leadership style focused on motivating, coaching, and helping the store team succeed.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
- Commitment to maintaining a strong and positive culture.
- Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Ability to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
