About the Role
Linx Printing Technologies is expanding into the US and seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to support its innovative coding and marking solutions. This role is crucial for building the company's service reputation and ensuring customers receive top-tier technical support. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair coding and marking systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to maintain customer operations.
- Build customer trust through clear communication, professional support, and effective problem-solving.
- Travel to customer sites primarily across Dallas and Houston, requiring 2-3 overnight stays per week.
- Manage field service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance.
- Assist customers in maximizing the performance and reliability of their Linx equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in a hands-on technical, service, engineering, or customer-facing field role.
- A strong service mindset with a desire to help customers succeed.
- Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule, travel, and priorities.
- Valid US driver's license.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, including 2-3 nights away per week.
- Must be located in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area or willing to relocate.
