This role is ideal for semi-retired tradesmen, contractors between projects, or craftsmen seeking reliable hours. Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality home repair and maintenance projects across multiple trades.
- Represent TruBlue in customers' homes with clear communication, respectful conduct, and a clean work environment.
- Walk customers through completed work, take before-and-after photos, and accurately document jobs.
- Diagnose issues and propose appropriate solutions for customers.
- Maintain tools and job materials in clean, professional condition.
- Uphold TruBlue's standards for quality, safety, and customer care on every visit.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on residential home repair, remodeling, or general construction experience.
- Broad multi-trade skill set with a strong carpentry foundation.
- Strong customer communication skills and comfort working in customers' homes.
- Ability to use a smartphone for photos and scheduling apps.
- Punctual, dependable, honest, and professional in appearance and behavior.
- Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a full toolset.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to complete background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
