About the Role

Asure sees Human Capital Management (HCM) through the lens of entrepreneurs and executives with an owner’s mentality. Responsibilities

  • Handle all administrative tasks for new hires, including I-9 completion (including e-Verify); enrollment in benefits; and 401k setup.
  • Handle all administrative offboarding activities, including exit interviews over Teams or in person, processing terminations in HCM, sending offboarding information (including NDA information), and moving personnel files to terminated status.
  • Manage all benefit processes, including both new hire and annual enrollment. Process benefit changes, such as qualifying events and terminations.
  • Ensure retroactive benefit changes are updated to payroll for correct processing.
  • Lead open enrollment informational and/or help sessions.
  • Provide support to employees for leaves of absence, including compliance-related communications and documentation.
  • Partner with the HR team on value-added strategic priorities such as employee culture initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook, and contribute to policy development.
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
  • Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience and the efficiency of the HR department and company.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems.
  • Proven success working in an HR department.
  • Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.
