About the Role

The People Team advises on, designs, and implements strategies, systems, and processes that attract, develop, recognize, and reward employees. This role will provide project management, workforce analytics, program development support, and operational execution for key People Team priorities, initially focusing on project management, talent programs, workforce analytics, and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the People Team in driving strategic priorities, special projects, and operational efficiency
  • Provide critical project management support to People Team colleagues across ongoing talent and business partner programs and deliverables
  • Assist with the design, development, and implementation of various talent management processes & programs including talent development, employee engagement, inclusive leadership practices, performance management, leadership pipeline and development
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization and provide thoughtful support on people-related topics
  • Act as a “Cultural Ambassador” for the firm, ensuring that our values are reflected in our policies, programs, and business
  • Support workforce reporting, talent analytics and employee engagement insights to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Have 2+ years of HR experience; business partner/generalist experience preferred
  • Have an analytical and strategic mindset
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills and a diplomatic communication style; can communicate effectively (written and verbal) with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, while being flexible with ambiguity and unknowns
  • Have meticulous organizational skills and an ability to switch gears and focus on what is a priority
  • Genuinely like helping others
  • Love taking on challenges and finding creative solutions
  • Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Innovative thinker and intellectually curious
