About the Role

White Circle is building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems using natural-language policies. We automatically test, enforce, and continuously improve these policies at scale. We have raised $11M and process over 100M+ API calls monthly. We fine-tune our own LLMs for speed and cost-efficiency, and have achieved a multi-million dollar run rate with notable customers. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth company in AI safety with potentially life-changing equity.

Responsibilities

Automate low-value work in the commercial process to allow the Sales team to focus on closing deals.
Design and build systems for customer acquisition and retention (outbound and inbound).
Manage and maintain CRM data for cleanliness, structure, and reliability.
Develop internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic.
Take ownership and shape the go-to-market playbook, including technology choices, implementation, and scaling strategies.
Design and deploy AI agents for go-to-market functions such as account research, pre-call intelligence, and personalized outreach.
Integrate AI agents directly into operational systems to transform team workflows.
Design the go-to-market data model, including accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
Build and manage data pipelines, enrichment processes, and integrations across the technology stack.
Build, ship, and iterate on solutions rapidly.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, technical RevOps, or a growth role involving automation and pipeline building.
Experience designing and scaling systems within a high-growth company.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n) including building multi-step enrichment and sequencing workflows.
Proficiency in Python or SQL for data manipulation, API interaction, and building scoring/enrichment logic.
Strong focus on top-of-funnel activities and building systems to generate qualified pipeline at scale.
Experience in programmatic SEO and AEO.
Analytical and experimental mindset with a proven ability to design tests, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
Proven experience deploying AI for automations, agents, or workflows.
