About the Role

Mastercard Identity is seeking a Manager, Product Management to support key areas of the Account Protection portfolio, contributing to the development of a trusted intelligence layer that enables persistent defense across the full lifecycle of an account. This role supports product development, execution, and commercialization of Account Protection solutions powered by network-scale identity data, risk signals, and intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Account Protection products across the account lifecycle
  • Contribute to product roadmap development, prioritization, and business case inputs
  • Identify and analyze expansion opportunities across monitoring, recovery, modification, and investigation phases
  • Support the product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, build, launch, and iteration
  • Define and document product requirements and data needs in partnership with Engineering and Data Science
  • Engage with customers (issuers, fintechs, platforms) to gather feedback and validate product features
  • Translate customer fraud challenges (e.g., ATO, AI-driven fraud, recovery gaps) into product requirements and enhancements
  • Support go-to-market efforts, including product positioning, sales enablement, and customer discussions
  • Contribute to defining data inputs and signals supporting account-level intelligence (identity, device, behavioral, network)
  • Support innovation efforts to enhance fraud detection and account security capabilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support adoption efforts through API integrations, partnerships, and regional rollouts
  • Assist in pricing, packaging, and monetization analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, Strategy, or related fields, ideally in fraud, identity, risk, payments, or fintech
  • Experience contributing to product lifecycle activities and supporting delivery of measurable outcomes
  • Foundational understanding of account lifecycle risk (onboarding through monitoring and recovery)
  • Familiarity with fraud vectors such as account takeover, synthetic identity, and mule networks
  • Exposure to data-driven or API-based products
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10–15%
