Responsibilities
- Team working to foster a happy environment.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of children through knowledge of safeguarding processes.
- Implementing the EYFS with an understanding of child development.
- Supporting nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Communicating effectively with adults and children.
- Reporting issues of concern to senior staff or relevant services.
- Partnering with parents and stakeholders to ensure children thrive.
- Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Demonstrating creativity and an inspirational attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 or higher in Early Years Qualification.
- Paediatric First Aid (preferred).
- Basic Safeguarding (preferred).
