About the Role
Monkey Puzzle Ealing is seeking a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) to join their team, contributing to high standards of care and education for children.
Responsibilities
- Support the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, ensuring adherence to legislation and EYFS frameworks.
- Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments tailored to children's needs.
- Ensure child safety and welfare through confident knowledge of safeguarding processes.
- Implement the EYFS with a strong understanding of child development.
- Report any issues of concern to senior team members or relevant services.
- Collaborate with parents and partners to foster child development.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
Requirements
- GCSE grades 5-9/A-C.
- Ability to ensure child safety and welfare through confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
- Appropriate behavior management skills.
- Ability to participate in child observations and assessments with a good understanding of child development.
