About the Role

Responsibilities
- Team working to foster a happy environment.
- Ensuring child safety and welfare through knowledge of safeguarding processes.
- Implementing the EYFS with an understanding of child development.
- Supporting nursery staff to deliver outstanding childcare.
- Communicating effectively with adults and children.
- Reporting issues of concern to senior staff or relevant services.
- Partnering with parents and stakeholders to ensure child development.
- Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Demonstrating creativity and an inspirational attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Paediatric First Aid.
- Basic Safeguarding.
- Appropriate level of criminal record Disclosure and Barred check required.
- Disclosure of unspent convictions required for successful application.
