About the Role
This role is responsible for unloading and delivering products to customers, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicles, and operating a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally. The position also involves picking up returned products, completing paperwork, and operating material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Unload and deliver products to customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
- Safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
- Pick up returned products including payments and pallets
- Complete delivery and pick up paperwork
- Securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 0 to 1 years plus of specific driving experience
- Class B commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
- Must be available to work any shift, weekends, Holidays
- Must be able to push, pull, lift and climb
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
