About the Role
As a Private Client Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients and other branch customers. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, using a proactive and disciplined approach to grow their balances. You will also acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources.
Responsibilities
- Shares the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
- Actively manages client banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive the best products and services.
- Partners with Specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect customers with experts for specialized financial needs.
- Enhances client convenience by sharing and setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and deepening client relationships using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach.
- 1+ year of Branch Banking Banker or equivalent financial services experience, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, relationship cultivation, and revenue generation.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required), and Life licenses are required, or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role (if not currently registered, effective Oct. 1, 2018).
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location. Eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation.
