About the Role

Solutions Architects are integral to Alloy’s Technical Solutions organization, driving deal success by managing the technical post-sales relationship, presenting product fit, proposing technical architectures, demonstrating the product, anticipating concerns, and offering creative technical solutions to Alloy clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical lead on multiple client implementations and larger client project engagements, working closely with Alloy Implementations Managers
  • Conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose Alloy product solutions to deliver on the client’s business goals
  • Act as an expert advisor on the data vendors Alloy integrates with
  • Help to integrate Alloy's API into an app in code
  • Independently run end to end testing to ensure a successful client go live
  • Be a part of a client production readiness and support production launches (these occasionally occur outside of 9a-5p hours)
  • Serve as a client advocate by advocating for the evolution of Alloy’s products and services and driving client adoption of new capabilities
  • Support the development of technical documentation and FAQs to serve client needs

Requirements

  • Highly technical and a skilled relationship builder, comfortable in front of a variety of audiences
  • Post-sales process is highly consultative and requires flexibility, creativity, and empathy
  • 4+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products with a strong desire to work in a post-sales, client-facing role
  • Hands-on, passionate and creative problem solver
  • Brings judgement to client discussions, focused on leading clients to successful outcomes aligned with their long term business goals
  • Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain diverse audience confidence and buy-in
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution
  • Proven success in problem-solving with and for enterprises with a variety of requirements and technical ability levels
  • Experience working with REST APIs
  • Able to travel occasionally (approximately once per quarter) for client on-sites

  • $150,000 to $190,000
