About the Role
The Human Capital Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Capital team on various Human Resources-related processes, which are key to the success of HR operations such as payroll, onboarding, compliance, employment verification, benefits billing, and more.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the organization's HR email account and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and take minutes during departmental meetings.
- Assist with the Human Capital onboarding process.
- Participate in payroll preparation by reviewing timecards, personnel updates, and expenses and communicating with staff to resolve outstanding items.
- Review benefit invoices and communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Respond to verification of employment requests.
- Update the intranet Human Capital page as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
