About the Role
The William Blair Women in Banking Programme is a two-day immersive experience designed to introduce high-potential female students to careers in investment banking. Participants will gain first-hand insight into the analyst role and life at William Blair through workshops, commercial discussions, and networking opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Gain practical insight into investment banking through technical and commercial workshops led by William Blair bankers
- Participate in valuation, Excel, and case study exercises designed to develop core analytical skills
- Network with Analysts, Associates, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors across our industry teams
- Learn about William Blair's collaborative culture, career opportunities, and the investment banking recruitment process
- Build your professional network with William Blair professionals and fellow participants
Requirements
- Undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in investment banking
- Expected to graduate in 2028
- Demonstrate strong academic achievement
- Have an established interest in finance, business, or investment banking
- Demonstrate leadership potential, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills
- Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Students from all degree disciplines are encouraged to apply
