About the Role
We are looking for reliable temporary workers for garden maintenance and hedge trimming in Berlin. You will work outdoors in a team, receive thorough training, and do not need a background in horticulture. Reliability, physical fitness, and a desire for practical work are important.
Responsibilities
- Trimming and cutting back hedges and bushes
- Gathering and loading cuttings
- Traveling to assignments in Berlin's private gardens with the team
- Performing simple gardening tasks after instruction
- Using tools and equipment according to instructions
- Interacting friendly with our mostly elderly private clients
Requirements
- No professional training in horticulture required
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Able to work 1-3 days per week
- Speak German with colleagues and clients
- Enjoy working in a team
- Handle tools, clients, and gardens with care
- Previous gardening experience is a plus, but not a prerequisite
