About the Role
As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you’re the face of NIKE, enjoying a fast-paced environment where your experience guides customers. You’ll work with your team to focus on customer service and achieve goals together, impacting customer experiences daily and being part of iconic moments.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
- Make customers feel welcome, show you care about their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
- Operate a cash register, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock products, clean, and build visual displays with or without accommodations.
- Attend store events to support teammates.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (U.S).
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary/Compensations
- $20.50 to $26.65 per hour
