About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Personal Assistant to join our London office on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced global consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and book meetings internally and with clients.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Manage actions and follow ups relating to Partners' work areas.
- Attend meetings to take minutes and actions.
- Support on developing reports and presentations for Partners.
- Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and relevant client contacts.
- Support Partners with business expense claims.
- Collaborate with other PAs to provide seamless service and cover.
- Work alongside Central Functions colleagues on London office initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Experience in a PA role or similar, supporting several senior stakeholders.
- Experience working within a consultancy/wider professional services with a global presence.
- Experience working across multiple time zones.
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise a busy schedule.
- Willingness to get the job done within short timescales and challenging deadlines.
- Flexibility to excel in a rapidly changing environment with diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous focus on quality.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
