About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Personal Assistant to join our London office on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced global consultancy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and book meetings internally and with clients.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
  • Manage actions and follow ups relating to Partners' work areas.
  • Attend meetings to take minutes and actions.
  • Support on developing reports and presentations for Partners.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and relevant client contacts.
  • Support Partners with business expense claims.
  • Collaborate with other PAs to provide seamless service and cover.
  • Work alongside Central Functions colleagues on London office initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve internal processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in a PA role or similar, supporting several senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a consultancy/wider professional services with a global presence.
  • Experience working across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise a busy schedule.
  • Willingness to get the job done within short timescales and challenging deadlines.
  • Flexibility to excel in a rapidly changing environment with diverse responsibilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous focus on quality.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
