About the Role

Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic, energetic individuals to be Extended Class teachers at our Austin campuses. This position can be full or part-time and offers available shifts Monday-Friday from 7am-9am, 11am-1pm, and 3pm-6pm.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and productive school environment
• Prepare art, crafts, and outside activities
• Assist students with homework
• Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers
• Supervise students on the playground
• Help with homework
• Do arts and crafts
• Assist with arrival and departure
• Run before and after school programs and lunch periods

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of pre-employment assessments
