About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced application developer who can provide advanced technical leadership, design and develop enterprise applications, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and support complex enterprise applications and technical solutions.
  • Lead systems analysis, application design, development, testing, and implementation efforts.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and less experienced engineers.
  • Analyze complex application environments, integrations, and system dependencies to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, operations teams, business stakeholders, and vendors throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop technical specifications, documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • Perform code development, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support application enhancements, production issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and application performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of systems analysis and application development experience.
  • Experience developing applications using C#.NET, Web Applications, Desktop Applications, and Web APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular, SQL, SSIS/ETL, GitLab, Git, Azure/Cloud technologies, and Postman.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, testing practices, and application support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver within established timelines.
  • Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
