About the Role
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Team ABC. We believe BCBAs do their best work when supported and aligned with organizational values. Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Case Managers
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment
- Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices
- Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone
- Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance
- Actively contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience working closely with parents and families
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
