About the Role

In this position, you will work as part of a team on ground-up construction projects to install piping, tanks, and electrical/mechanical systems. We provide classroom and on-the-job training for our install/construction positions and service technicians. You may work at service stations, commercial sites, marinas, and airports.

Responsibilities

• Ability to travel to job sites, potentially requiring overnight travel.
• Operate heavy equipment for digging ditches and manual equipment installation.
• Work with concrete, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Ensure safe housekeeping practices, including daily job cleanup.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Construction experience is a plus.
• Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity is preferred.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Must be a reliable and detail-oriented employee with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to collaborate with others to meet deadlines.
