About the Role

Challenger School is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our elementary school teams in Austin. You will teach individual responsibility, self-confidence, and independence alongside grammar and math using a fast-paced, fun, and proven curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly learn Challenger’s curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
• Maintain a safe and productive classroom environment
• Prepare lesson plans and teach daily classes
• Grade daily student homework assignments
• Consistently attend required training and teaching days
• Communicate regularly with parents and administrators on student progress
• Work patiently with students, parents, and coworkers

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of pre-employment assessments
