About the Role

This role manages the corporate ERP and technology infrastructure to deliver standardized IT processes. The position focuses on system optimization, maintaining user access, and leading technology initiatives, including the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sage X3 ERP and software to ensure data integrity and system optimization.
• Oversee technology infrastructure including servers, phone systems, and hardware with support from an MSP.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies to protect infrastructure.
• Develop and update IT policies and procedures.
• Standardize IT workflows to improve consistency and service delivery.
• Manage user access, permissions, and distribution lists for onboarding and offboarding.
• Assess and optimize systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of artificial intelligence tools and guidelines.
• Provide training to team members on IT systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement through data audits and analysis.
• Manage projects for new and upgraded technology implementations.
• Analyze data to support decision-making in costing and supply chain.
• Document current state processes.
• Act as a liaison with technology partners and manage vendors.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an IT function within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sage X3 and Business Intelligence applications.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Experience with ERP implementation or project management is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
