About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Corporate Services is a high-visibility role responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across Corporate Services categories, specifically Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Global Travel. Operating as the primary commercial leader in the EMEA region, this role leads high-impact, enterprise-wide negotiations and category strategies.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with senior corporate stakeholders to understand operational roadmaps and balance enterprise-wide financial discipline with studio autonomy.
- Act as the primary commercial partner to the Human Resources leadership team, driving strategic sourcing for HR tools, systems, and global benefits programs.
- Collaborate with Global Workplace leadership to support regional facilities sourcing and identify efficiencies in site services, physical security, and operational needs.
- Own the global Travel & Expense (T&E) category, including policy development, corporate booking tool strategy, and negotiations with global travel partners.
- Negotiate complex commercial terms with Legal and Security to mitigate vendor lock-in and shield the enterprise from third-party risk, focusing on GDPR, European data privacy, and cross-border compliance.
- Champion the rollout and adoption of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) orchestration platform across all stakeholder groups.
- Help develop and refine tools and processes, including standardizing deal velocity tracking and value delivery measurement.
- Provide support for sourcing initiatives in other categories based on organizational needs and potential impact.
- Mentor other members of the Procurement organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
- 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise negotiations and delivering measurable EBITDA impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Deep market knowledge of the corporate services vendor landscape, specifically HR technology/services, global corporate travel programs, and workplace/facilities management.
- Strong regional acumen for EMEA labor nuances, vendor capabilities, and European data privacy frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including TCO, ROI, and spend-under-management analysis.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfort working in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
