About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the product's evolution by balancing user needs, business goals, and technology. This role requires curiosity, trust-building, and the ability to translate complex problems into clear direction. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to enhance a mature SaaS product and influence its future direction, impacting how businesses manage customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a product vision aligned with business strategy and technical capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, identify innovation opportunities, and validate product ideas.
- Set priorities that balance engineering capacity, user needs, and business goals.
- Work with engineering to assess feasibility, align on realistic timelines and resource allocation.
- Support maintainability and scalability while advocating for innovation and technical debt reduction.
- Lead cross-functional alignment for product launches.
- Balance feature development with technical debt and infrastructure improvements.
- Conduct market research to align features with real-world demands.
- Define and track product success metrics for user engagement and business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of a mature product.
- Enjoy building from scratch and are genuinely curious about emerging technologies.
- Strong problem-solver, able to balance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision.
- Communicate clearly and build trust easily across diverse teams and with external partners.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping create clarity where it doesn't yet exist.
- German language skills is a strong plus.
- Background in startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Track record of shipping AI-powered features and integrations.
- Experience in the customer feedback, hospitality tech, or review management space.
