About the Role
As a Senior Team Lead in Strategic Accounts, you will lead a team of 6 strategic Key Account Managers in Germany, focusing on acquiring and developing our Local Heroes. You will build strong relationships with restaurant partners and optimize processes to enhance team and departmental efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 Key Account Managers and act as the liaison between the team and other departments.
- Support Key Account Managers in acquiring and strategically developing relationships with our Local Heroes.
- Monitor all KPIs to achieve the team's quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
- Analyze sales figures in regular meetings to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to increase productivity.
- Identify the development potential of your team and ensure their continuous growth and development.
- Collaborate with your team to optimize the operational KPIs of restaurant chains.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in strategic key account management and in acquiring and building strategic partners.
- Solid experience in leading Key Account Managers.
- Fluent German and business-fluent English.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and excellent organizational talent.
- Data-driven, goal-oriented, and focused approach to achieving and exceeding ambitious goals.
- Knowledge of the food delivery and platform industry is an advantage.
