About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager specializing in AI, you will bridge the gap between business needs, users, and development teams. You will drive complex products, coach client-side Product Owners, and champion a user-centric, data-driven, and Agile approach.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and artifacts.
- Make and communicate data-backed product decisions.
- Facilitate discovery sessions (ideation, experimentation, research) with Designers & Business Analysts.
- Challenge metrics, customer feedback, and scope creep.
- Manage a backlog using Jira / Azure DevOps.
- Mentor and upskill the Solutions team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI is a mandatory prerequisite.
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written) is essential for an international client environment.
- Strong Agile, data-oriented, and user-focused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform in demanding client situations.
