About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy medical, vision, dental, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and fast career opportunities. You will gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis, working around the store in various areas to maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, run the register, and cashier.
- Make purchase suggestions and work with the food program.
- Lead shifts on a regular basis.
- Maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Interact with customers daily while accomplishing store tasks.
- Sell products to customers.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Communicate and engage in friendly conversation.
- Perform at a quick pace while having fun.
- Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
- Come up with great ideas to solve problems.
- Think quickly and offer suggestions.
- Lead a team of employees.
- Provide entry-level employee supervision.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands.
- Requires eye-hand coordination.
- May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
