About the Role
The Assistant Teacher is responsible for the care, supervision, and safety of classroom children. They will assist staff in planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, ensuring the classroom and playground are clean, safe, and orderly. The role requires compassion and understanding of diverse needs, with a focus on fostering self-esteem and independence. Integration of health, safety, and nutritional education into curriculum is key. The Assistant Teacher will also manage program operations in the Head Teacher's absence.
Responsibilities
- Care, supervision, and safety of classroom children
