About the Role

SE Advisory Services is expanding its UKI Commercial Team with a Senior Sustainability Sales Representative II. This role is suited to an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sustainability and an interest in consulting sales. We’re looking for someone with a passion for success and improving global impact on Climate and the Environment. You will need to be open to developing and being challenged. We are looking for you to be team-oriented, versatile, open-minded, and autonomous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with business decision makers to grow brand awareness and sales.
  • Identify opportunities with businesses through targeted campaigns that drive advocacy and opportunity for you to grow our business.
  • Sell and support SE Advisory Services services to target clients (typically FTSE 100 / FTSE 250 corporates across the UK and Ireland).
  • Generate leads and win business.
  • Support larger sales opportunities.
  • Grow existing client accounts.
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Run targeted campaigns and follow up on marketing leads.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients and qualify opportunities.
  • Identify and progress new business opportunities.
  • Support proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
  • Maintain sales materials and coordinate client interactions.
  • Develop and manage client relationships.
  • Identify repeat and growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and sales pipeline.
  • Track performance and provide regular reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, materials, and insights.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to generate leads and support corporate sales.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling (entry level acceptable).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to interpret sales data.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in sustainability, climate, or environmental sectors (desirable).
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency, decarbonisation, or environmental compliance (desirable).
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • High energy, resilience, and accountability.
  • Curious, ethical, and eager to learn.
