About the Role
As a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
- Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line.
- Take the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
- Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments.
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
- Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact.
- Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth.
- Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
- High level of English required.
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
- Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
- Generate high business impact based on your decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
- Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker.
