Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery across all digital marketing channels, including HubSpot, the website, and social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring effectiveness, compliance, and consistency.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of digital marketing activity across email, web, and social channels.
  • Ensure a high standard of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support the ongoing development and optimisation of digital platforms as the business’s digital maturity grows.
  • In partnership with the wider Marketing team and the Head of Digital Marketing, support the delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive commercial growth and pipeline development.
  • Build, execute, and optimise campaigns across email and social channels using HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Continuously test and refine digital marketing tactics to improve engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness.
  • Apply a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring activity is informed by performance insights.
  • Coordinate the tracking, analysis, and reporting of digital marketing performance data using HubSpot, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics & Campaign Manager.
  • Use insight and analysis to make recommendations that improve future activity and support commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, with proven experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and trends, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working.
  • Strong executional capability with attention to detail and high standards.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues.
  • Adaptable and curious, with a desire to test, learn and improve.
