About the Role
3C Deutschland is a leading technology partner in digital claims management for insurance companies in the DACH region. Our platform manages the entire claims process, from reporting to final settlement, creating transparency, efficiency, and process security. As part of FLEX Capital, a Berlin-based private equity fund, we are currently in a dynamic growth and internationalization phase.
Responsibilities
- Contacting automotive workshops in Germany by phone.
- Determining and updating hourly labor rates, painting costs, and other calculation-relevant information.
- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of our workshop database.
- Documenting conversation results in our internal systems.
- Assisting with the capture and maintenance of other datasets.
- Collaborating closely with departments to ensure high data quality.
Requirements
- Enjoys making phone calls and approaching people openly.
- Ideally has professional experience from a call center, customer service, internal sales, or a comparable role.
- Works in a friendly, reliable manner and remains confident even in challenging conversations.
- Characterized by a structured, careful, and self-reliant way of working.
- Possesses good PC skills and is comfortable using databases and standard Office applications.
- Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous but not a prerequisite; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Is reliable, team-oriented, and has a good sense for data quality.
