About the Role

Join our clinic and strengthen our team as a professional leader for the psychiatric and psychosomatic ward. This is an opportunity to shape content priorities and projects in close collaboration with the ward management, fostering a learning environment for the nursing team and advancing patient-oriented treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Take professional responsibility within the leadership team of the acute psychiatric ward.
  • Shape content priorities and projects in close consultation with the ward management.
  • Create a learning-conducive environment on the wards to best utilize the competencies within the nursing team.
  • Further develop nursing concepts at the ward level in close coordination with the Nursing Directorate.
  • Contribute to the best possible, patient-oriented treatment.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a specialized nurse or a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
  • At least two years of professional experience on a psychiatric ward.
  • Project or leadership experience of a nursing unit.
  • Ability to integrate evidence-based findings into nursing practice.
  • Interest in conceptual, responsible work and interdisciplinary exchange.
  • Social competence and communication skills to actively strengthen the ward team.
  • Christian values orientation and willingness to actively support the diaconal mission of our work.
