About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
- Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
- Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
- Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
- May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
- Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in area of responsibility.
- Forklift experience.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Team Leadership.
- Operations Compliance & Safety.
- Order Fulfillment & Quality Control.
