About the Role

This role provides the opportunity to work on an exciting client with a portfolio of soft drinks brands, managing key campaigns and collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams. The ideal candidate will have a wide knowledge of social media, experience managing content and campaigns that build brand advocacy, and understand how to create assets that drive purchases. They will effectively lead an account, steering processes internally, with agency partners, and with clients, staying on top of social media trends and understanding the role of data, strategy, and community management.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with day-to-day clients and wider client stakeholders.
  • Use client relationships to protect work, strengthen relationships, and activate new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience managing content and campaigns that build brand advocacy.
  • Understanding of how to create hard-working assets that drive to purchase.

  • Finger on the pulse across all things social, including trending opportunities.
  • Thorough understanding of how data, strategy, and community management feed into social media success.
  • Some integrated marketing experience.
